There’s no big difference between Netlify and Cloudflare for the free plan. But I prefer Cloudflare because I use Cloudflare for my domains now.

Hugo: Switched to Hugo from Gatsby
I could’ve stayed with Gatsby. But,
- I like the name Hugo.
- I found a better theme with Hugo.
- Gatsby has many useful plugins, and I tried some. I liked them even though my favourite plugins were no longer updated. But then I realised that I want to keep my blog simple. I don’t need many plugins and don’t want to spend time on maintaining them.
